Overview
Foundation Partners embeds senior People and Talent experts into fast-growing, VC-backed companies like Fyxer, Yoto and Capsule. They had a brand they loved but no website to show it off. We designed and built their new Webflow site from scratch, giving the brand a home that shows founders exactly how Foundation Partners can help.

The challenge
Fractional and embedded People support is still new to a lot of founders, so the site had to explain it simply without sounding like every other consultancy. The brief was a website with lots of ambition and nothing corporate, one that felt as personal as the team behind it.

How we approached it
We started with the brand and designed every page from there, drawing on its logo, colours, type and illustration, then built the site in Webflow for desktop, tablet and mobile. The homepage opens with what Foundation Partners does, followed by the companies they already work with and the results behind them.
Each way of working is explained simply, so founders know what they're signing up for, and pricing and FAQs have their own pages to answer questions before a first call. Underneath it all, a Webflow CMS means the team can add case studies, insights, team profiles and job listings themselves.

Taking it further
Once the site was built, we sat down with the Foundation Partners team to see where it could work even harder. Three of our designers then worked side by side on a two-week sprint across nine pages, followed by a Webflow build and launch on their own domain.
We also refined the typography so every page is easier to read on any screen, while keeping all the warmth of the brand.

What we achieved
A complete, live website at foundationpartners.co.uk, designed and built by Moken, a UK product design studio based in North Wales. Founders can see straight away what Foundation Partners does, who they work with and how to get started. The result feels just like the team behind it: ambitious, approachable and easy to get in touch with.
Looking ahead
The site now lives in Foundation Partners' own Webflow workspace, with room to add new case studies and launch their Insights (blog) section whenever they're ready. If you're building something ambitious and need a website to match, we'd love to hear about it.
