BookedSolid
Giving an AI scheduling platform a website worthy of the product.

Overview
BookedSolid is an AI receptionist and scheduling platform built for healthcare clinics. It answers every call, message and booking, then syncs it all straight into the clinic's practice management software. The product was already trusted by hundreds of clinics. The website was not keeping up. We rebuilt it from the words up.

The challenge
BookedSolid does something genuinely useful. It picks up the phone, answers patient questions, books and reschedules appointments, chases payments and handles after hours enquiries, all automatically, across calls, SMS, WhatsApp, email and web chat. For a busy clinic, it is the difference between a full diary and a voicemail box nobody has time to clear.

The challenge
The problem was that the old website did not look or feel like that product. It read like a generic software tool. Technical in tone, light on warmth, with none of the healthcare identity that would make a practice manager feel it was built for them. As the founder put it, it felt almost like a CRM website.
The brief was to fix that. Make it feel like an established, trusted healthcare platform that clinics across the UK, Australia and New Zealand would recognise as their own.

What we did
Started with discovery, not design
Before anything was written or drawn, we ran BookedSolid through a structured discovery process. Brand positioning, audience, the real reasons clinics did and did not sign up, visual references, conversion priorities. The single most useful insight: the biggest barrier was not objection, it was inertia. Clinics liked the product but did not get round to setting it up. That one finding shaped the entire site.

What we did
Rewrote everything around the clinic, not the software
The old copy talked about features. The new copy talks about outcomes. Every call answered. Admin that runs itself. Time given back to the team. We led with what changes for the clinic, then showed how the product delivers it.
Because inertia was the real enemy, the whole page is built to make starting feel effortless. Three simple steps. No technical knowledge needed. Live in under 48 hours. The friction is removed before the visitor can talk themselves out of it.

What we did
Designed it to feel like healthcare
We evolved the existing teal palette rather than starting over, warmed up the whole look, and moved to a healthcare appropriate serif for headings. The hero dropped stock photography in favour of live product UI, showing the platform actually working. Real statistics replaced filler imagery, because the client rightly believed numbers build more trust than another photo of a smiling receptionist.

What we did
Built a full set of pages with a job to do
Beyond the homepage, we wrote and structured an integrations page, a data security and policy page, a features page with a live product changelog, and profession specific pages starting with physiotherapy, designed as a template the team could adapt for chiropractic, podiatry, osteopathy and beyond. Each profession page reflects how the AI is pre loaded with the right clinical knowledge for that speciality, a genuine differentiator that the old site never surfaced.

Why choose Moken
BookedSolid had a strong product and a founder with a clear sense of what he wanted clinics to feel. Our job was to make the website deliver that feeling before anyone read a single feature
We worked from discovery through copy to design direction, handing over a clear brief and a copy document the team could build against with confidence. Every decision, from the hero headline to the order of the FAQs, was grounded in what we learned about how clinic owners actually make decisions. The result is a site that earns its place in healthcare rather than just claiming it.
