At Moken, we thrive on creating innovative digital solutions that make a tangible impact. We recently partnered with Juno, an innovative platform dedicated to enhancing employee wellbeing through flexible benefits. Juno empowers employees to select benefits that best suit their unique needs, promoting holistic wellness. Our collaboration focused on product design, UI, and UX to create a seamless and engaging user experience. Together, we’ve helped Juno revolutionize the way companies support their employees' diverse wellbeing needs.

Opportunity: Users were disengaged due to a lack of tangible benefits and incentives to prioritise their wellbeing.


Decision: We tackled this challenge by prominently featuring enticing perks on the homepage, such as a 15% discount on gym memberships, cashback rewards on mental health apps, and complimentary yoga classes. This strategic approach aimed to re-engage users by providing valuable and accessible benefits, encouraging them to prioritise their wellbeing.

Opportunity: Companies lacked clarity on the cost and benefits of implementing the platform per person, hindering decision-making and adoption.

Decision: We introduced a user-friendly calculator on the homepage, accessible on both desktop and mobile devices, allowing companies to easily estimate the cost per person. Additionally, we outlined the comprehensive benefits users would receive, including access to wellness perks, financial planning tools, and personalised insights.

Problem: Employees needed a central place to manage their wellbeing points, track their balance, and find inspiration for using their benefits.

Decision: We designed a comprehensive dashboard accessible on both desktop and mobile devices.
The dashboard prominently displays the current balance in Juno Points and its equivalent in pounds. At the top,
a countdown timer indicates the days remaining until the next "Juno Day," when employees receive additional points from their company. The dashboard also features inspirational tiles showcasing how other users have spent their points, such as on shopping, yoga classes, and more. Additionally, employees can easily access their partners and personal benefits.

Decision: We created a dedicated product page for each partner, such as "The Body Shop." This page includes a detailed description of the partner, highlights the cashback percentage employees can earn, and provides examples of products that can be purchased using Juno Points. The design ensures that employees have a clear understanding of the benefits and value they receive from each partner.

Overall, these design enhancements have transformed the employee benefits experience, fostering a culture of holistic wellbeing. The collaboration with Juno has empowered employees to make informed decisions, prioritise their health, and fully engage with the benefits offered.

This has led to improved satisfaction and loyalty, as employees can now seamlessly access and utilise their benefits, contributing to their overall happiness and productivity.
