Danish job recruitment site 360Job approached our team for UI, UX and CRO expertise. We were to carry out a re-design of specific areas within their site in order to freshen up the brand, and improve overall usability.
Inspired by a new colour palette from the Williams F1 team colours, the 360 Job project was an example of streamlined collaboration and communication which resulted in a professional and fresh new website.
Test aim: Our aim is to increase sign-ups and engagement overall on the home landing page. Further goals include reduced bounce rates and hard exits.
Results: This test is currently live so no results as of yet.
Continuing the collaboration between teams, we designed a range of ideas for the About us page which we then condensed down into a 50/50 split hero area with avatars beneath for the final design.
The key pages of the site is of course, job postings and finding the right job for the user. We designed clean, approachable job postings and detail views to make the process as clutter-free as possible to navigate.
By providing plenty of choices for the client, we were able to create hybrid designs which mix multiple variations for the final versions. For example, we ended up with the structure of V1 (behind) and the contact form design from V2 (closest). We also worked up some custom iconography to help enhance the key USPs across the site.
